Wenzhou Diamond Star Co., Ltd., situated in Shipu port, was founded in July 2004 with a registered capital of 110 million RMB. Building upon the expertise gained from the establishment of the Original Xiangshan Pudong Shipyard and Xiangshan Qihang Shipyard in the nineties, the company boasts 15 years of experience in shipbuilding and ship repair.
Strategic Expansion
In response to the dynamic shipping market, the company has invested 450 million RMB in expansive facility development, encompassing over 450,000 m2, 625 meters of coastline, and a 10-meter deep water frontier. The infrastructure includes a 50,000 metric tons dry dock, completed slipways, outfitting quays, and advanced capabilities, with an annual shipbuilding capacity exceeding 400,000 metric tons.

With a rich cultural heritage and a team comprising over 20 senior engineers, 30 engineers, more than 200 professional technicians, and over 2000 employees, the company has the capacity to build ships under 75,000 metric tons.

The company’s portfolio includes a diverse range of ships, such as MPP vessels, bulk carriers, oil tankers, and ferries. Notable projects include the construction of 4,500T MPP (Dongfang 21), 5,500T MPP (Donghong 12, exported to Malaysia), and various bulk carriers and oil tankers.
